  • BARRE

    Dancers are athletes! You don't have to be a dancer to train like one. This 50-minute fat-burning, long, lean, robust, graceful workout is perfect for cross-training. There is a fluid movement warm-up with planks and push-ups, followed by cardio, lower body, upper body exercises, and core exercises with a lovely stretch at the end. You will need lighter dumbbells and a mat. This workout is challenging because authentic dancers sweat!

  • CORE

    No crunches allowed! A 4lb to 8lb medicine ball is all you need for this 50-minute core-centric workout. A functional movement warmup is followed by three blocks of work using the med ball. Each 10-minute block is repeated on each side of the body. A 1-minute burst of high-intensity core-focused work will spike your heart rate response to demand. This is HITT Functional Training at its absolute finest!

  • Guys in the Garage

    This 50-minute workout combines simple kickboxing and challenging compound strength training rounds. You will need heavy dumbbells and a workout mat. Each round is 1 minute, and the workout is continuous with minimal downtime. A 10-minute core strength section will be to finalize the gritty workout and a thorough stretch. You need to be adequately fueled for this workout with a don't stop until you drop attitude!

  • HIIT

    Heavy, muscular work meets cardio training for 50 minutes. The format is 60 seconds of basic strength training, 45 seconds of compound strength training, and 30 seconds of explosive exercise. You will need heavy dumbbells and a workout mat. This class is challenging but simple in design getting you stronger and fitter faster. You will need two towels for this workout!

  • Kickboxing

    Consider this class the perfect place to come out fighting for your fitness! No equipment is needed for this 50-minute high-intensity workout of jabs, hooks, shin blocks, and kicks with a drizzle of mixed martial arts. This workout is super high energy from start to finish. You will finish each session feeling like a badass and ready to take on anything that comes your way!

  • YOGA

    No sleepy stretch sessions here, this dynamically challenging 50-minute Yoga practice is movement-focused and full of surprises. Vinyasa flow will merge with Pilates, followed by Yin Yoga and meditation. You will need a Yoga mat for this workout. This class will meet you in the middle and round out your fitness routine with exactly what the body and mind need to be their best!
